Prohibited Products and Services

Customers trust that they can always buy with confidence on papmall®. Products offered for sale on papmall® must comply with all laws and regulations and with papmall®’s policies. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is strictly prohibited.

If you supply goods on papmall®, you should carefully review the Restricted Products Help pages listed below before listing a product. The examples provided in these Help pages are not all-inclusive and are provided solely as an informational guide. We encourage you to consult with your legal counsel if you have questions about the laws and regulations concerning your products. Even where a product is listed as an “Example of Permitted Listings,” all products and listings must also comply with applicable laws. In addition, any links provided are for informational purposes only, and papmall® does not warrant the accuracy of any information provided in these links.

If you supply a product in violation of the law or any of papmall®’s policies, including those listed on the Restricted Products pages, we will take corrective actions, as appropriate, including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating selling privileges, destroying inventory in our fulfillment centers without reimbursement, returning inventory, terminating the business relationship, and permanent withholding of payments. The sale of illegal or unsafe products can also lead to legal action, including civil and criminal penalties.

We are constantly innovating on behalf of our customers and working with regulators, third party experts, vendors, and sellers to improve the ways we detect and prevent illegal and unsafe products from reaching our marketplace. Papmall® encourages you to report listings that violate papmall®’s policies or applicable law by contacting us. We will investigate each report thoroughly and take appropriate action. These include:

1. Illegal products and services:

• Drugs that are illegal, chemicals that seem like illicit drugs, and tools for creating or consuming drugs.
• Providing false testimonials or identification.
• Equipment for tampering with communications, such as jammers.
• Any company or organization that a. engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm to people or property, or b. engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic, is prohibited from doing business.
• Any additional goods or services that are illegal in the countries where your company is located or that are intended for those countries.

2. Services and goods that violate intellectual property rights:

• Sales or distribution of any licensed products, including music, movies, software, and other media, without the necessary permission.
• Counterfeit products; unauthorized imports or exports.
• Unlicensed sale of goods or services with designer or brand names.
• Any additional goods or services that directly violate or assist in violating a third party’s trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, intellectual rights, or privacy rights.

3. Marijuana:

• Marijuana products.
• Dispensaries for cannabis and related companies.
• Products with any CBD/THC content.

4. Hazardous materials: Products that are dangerous to transport or can pose a risk to health or safety, such as chemicals, explosives, and flammable materials, are not allowed.

5. Offensive material: papmall® does not allow products that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

6. Restricted items: Certain products, such as firearms, alcohol, and tobacco, are subject to specific regulations and restrictions and require proper licenses and permits to sell.

7. Stolen property: Selling stolen or counterfeit products is strictly prohibited on papmall®.

8. Adult products: papmall® does not allow the sale of adult products that are illegal, obscene, or offensive.

9. Unauthorized copies: Unauthorized copies of copyrighted materials, such as books, music, and movies, are not allowed on papmall®.

10. Misleading products: Products that make false or misleading claims, or are marketed deceptively, are not allowed on papmall®.

Pre-approval categories

Certain categories require you to obtain pre-approval from papmall® before listing in those categories.

1. Automotive and Powersports: This includes automotive and powersports products such as car parts, tires, and motorcycle parts.
2. Beauty: This includes cosmetics, skin care products, and other beauty products.
3. Clothing, Shoes, and Jewelry: This includes clothing, shoes, jewelry, and watches.
4. Collectible Coins: This includes rare and collectible coins.
5. Electronics: This includes consumer electronics such as computers, cameras, and cell phones.
6. Fine Art: This includes original paintings, sculptures, and other fine art.
7. Grocery and Gourmet Foods: This includes food products such as coffee, tea, and chocolate.
8. Health and Personal Care: This includes health and personal care products such as supplements and medical devices.
9. Industrial and Scientific: This includes industrial and scientific products such as laboratory equipment and industrial supplies.
10. Luggage and Travel Accessories: This includes luggage, backpacks, and other travel accessories.
11. Shoes, Handbags, and Sunglasses: This includes shoes, handbags, and sunglasses.
12. Sports Collectibles: This includes sports memorabilia and collectibles.

Sellers must obtain pre-approval from papmall® before they can list and sell products in these categories. The pre-approval process typically involves submitting an application and meeting certain requirements, such as providing documentation of product authenticity or meeting safety and compliance standards.
